Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take?

I dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. If you take advantage of my free delivery, your order will be sent via Royal Mail first class postage. This usually arrives within 2 days.

If you opt to pay for Special delivery, this is also a Royal Mail service but they guarantee delivery the day after posting. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER THE DAY AFTER PLACING IT.  I’m not amazon. The dispatch time is still up to 5 days – it takes time and care to hand make my jewellery.

That said, I’m always willing to help and can often get something sent out earlier. Please just get in touch to check if this is possible before placing your order.

I’m sure it goes without saying, but industrial strike action, adverse weather etc can impact delivery times and once a parcel has left me I can’t control how long it takes to be delivered. Royal Mail are very good though and late parcels, particularly with special delivery, are rare.

How much will Delivery Cost Me?

Delivery within the UK is free, for European delivery it costs £8 and for everywhere else £10

Can you deliver to my Work Address?

Yes, please enter your details at checkout

Can I return my item to you?

Yes, orders (except earrings and personalised or custom pieces) may be returned within 30 days  of delivery if they do not meet your expectations. Please contact me before returning your purchase and retain proof of postage. Jewellery must be returned in the original condition along with any boxes supplied.

If you would like to return a item you have purchased and exchange it for something different this is also possible within 30 days of receipt. Please contact me to arrange this.

I am proud to make jewellery to a high standard and as such any jewellery developing a fault within the first 6 months will be eligible for a return or free of charge repair. Any jewellery developing a fault within the first 2 years after purchase will be repaired free of charge.

What if I would like something in a different size?

That shouldn’t be a problem. Please just get in touch and we’ll discuss it.

I’m looking for something to go with a specfic outfit. Can you help?

Yes, I love custom orders. Please don’t think that a custom item is necessarily very expensive. Once we’ve discussed what you would like and pricing etc, I will send you an invoice which will need to be settled before I start work on your order.

Can I return a custom item?

Unfortunately custom items are non-returnable except in the unlikely instance that the piece is faulty.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, for values £10 and upwards
