We all know that we should cherish our Mums on all days of the year, but March 26th 2017 is official Mothering Sunday here in the U.K. so we make an extra effort. Traditionally we honour mothers and other mother figures, such as grandmothers, stepmothers and mothers-in-law.
With tiny tots, such honouring often includes plenty of macaroni art and glitter as well as oddly shaped cakes and hand-picked flowers (read twigs from the garden). These offerings melt our hearts of course, but for older gift givers who don’t fancy getting their hands dirty with glue and paint, we have plenty of jewellery ideas for you.
